Thankfully, I know now for a fact my trainer does not think I am simple minded.  Allow me to explain: A friend of mine has recently started working out in a crossfit gym somewhere in the great California wilderness. Snatch!
Finally! After two months I was taught the single bell snatch! I know it is uber dorky that I am this excited to have learned a single exercise, but it is my holy grail. The swing, I got.
