In kettlebells every technique originates in the hips. With the swing, clean, snatch they all come from the hips. Poor Jackie has to get after me each week about using my hips and how I shouldn’t muscle through the movements. My junk is a slow moving fella.

The palms of my hands almost ripped today from doing snatches. I have never been more excited.

Personal Record!
Thursday night I broke my deadlift record! I went from 225lbs to 245lbs. What! Who is a stud? That might be me. Just sayin.

Victory!
I found out today I am not diabetic! Thank god! It has been a long two weeks with this looming over my head. Now I can get back to my regular life and plan my week of No Work and All Fitness!
