Vitamins vitamins go!
Every day I will be taking fish oil, vitamin D, Vitamin C and a probiotic. Supposedly this will increase my energy and boost my immune system. Lets see how this mini stack goes.

All I have to say is a three mile walk feels like a twenty mile hike up Hell Hill when you have a blood blister on your foot. I really need to invest in a new pair of work out shoes. I can not keep going like this. Moleskin my ass.
I want to do this!!
I love this.

So my ten day pledge of NO SUGAR, after one day as not gone so well. I woke up this morning and automatically added sugar to my coffee. And while cursing myself after I realized what I had done I remembered that the previous day I popped a breath mint before I walked into a meeting at work.
BALLS!
Is this forshadowing for the next ten day pledge?
Today marks the first Ten Day Pledge I will be taking. For the next ten days I will not be eating or drinking any sugar. Which means no sugar in my coffee, sodas, sweet tea, pastries or candy. I chose this to be my first pledge because it will be an easy start. I very rarely consume sugar. The next ten day pledge will be harder because it will be cutting out fried foods for ten days.
Pie is not my down fall, but I will shank someone for some fried chicken. We will see how well my friends, family and employees fair during that pledge. This is less of a pledge for better health and more of a social experiment.
One day very soon I will be able to do twenty of these bad boys without stopping.
This guy is my new bodybuilding hero. I want to have his body… Like yesterday.
I start my work out schedule without my trainer this week. She is out of town and it is time I start using the skills she has been teaching to work out on my own. I have my feeding program set, I have my week divided into body part quadrants. I am all over this!
Then why do I am I mad at Jackie for going on vacation?
There goes my co-dependence and apparent job security for my trainer messing with my confidence. I just need to stay focused and not get side tracked with daily shit like work and netflix. I have a month to get to 20 push ups without stopping. I can do this.
The Red Cross people were impressed with me because my blood is bright with oxygen. They said I must be an athlete and I told them I am actually a Fitness Enthusiast.
Today is going to be the longest day of my life. I had to be at work at 7am (I know, I am so whiny) ate breakfast and will be working right until I see my trainer.
Boo.
BUT! I did make an excellent food choice. I had grilled chicken with steamed rice and vegetables for breakfast. I might be low energy tonight with Jackie, but she can’t be mad with what I have been eating.
Has anyone noticed documentaries about bodybuilding are very similar to Memoirs of a Geisha?
-Both require lots of sacrifice, dedication and will power to mold themselves into pieces of living art.
-Both are done by a small and specific population in society.
-Both are a way of life.
The biggest difference I see is bodybuilders us spray tans and geishas use loads of face powder.
Who gets that? I can’t believe for three ENTIRE weeks I have had pneumonia. I have not been able to breath well while walking to office from my car, much less working out. I think I am going to go stir crazy.
At least this gives me an excuse to focus on my nutrition. Blah.
Does anyone know a healthy canned soup?
