I am so freaking excited! My trainer is finally going to teach me the barbell clean!! I love her and I love training.
Now off I go. Time for push ups.
Everytime I watch Fringe and Walter gets high I do ten push ups.
I spent an hour with THE Kettlebell trainer in the southwest. We did swings, cleans, presses, squats and push ups. I felt inspired and exhausted at the same time. To celebrate I allowed my fitness buddy to talk me into indulging in a double patty cheeseburger with fries and frozen yogurt. Yeah that totally makes sense.
