Can I just say Olympic lifting is the hardest sport I’ve ever tried. EVER. But I think I am starting to love it.
Week Three
The limits of this week are set at:
No added sugar
No white bread
No white rice
No take out
The bounty for this week are:
Extra lean meats
Extra veggies
Two servings of fruit a week
All the tea and water I can drink
Ooh! Did you see that? My butt is so big I almost fell over.
The snatch is hard.
Also, my trainer wants me to be straight for the end of the world.
Unless it’s when you are sore in the glutes, quads and hamstrings. Then going to the bathroom is not as satisfying as it should be.

Busted out high reps of bicep curls, inverted rows on the TRX and single legged deadlifts. I can already feel my arms getting sore. I fucking love this feeling.
Diet of Hope, Suckas!
I lost a total of 10 pounds in 4 weeks and have lowered my blood pressure by 5 points. Holla at your brotha!
This diet is legit. I am not turning back now. This time next year I am going to be stacked.

Tomorrows Meals
I am finishing up the second week for my nutritional plan (Diet of Hope). It is essentially a physician monitored low carb diet. Which is fine. I need all the help I can get to reach my goals.
Breakfast
Coffee with cream
Two egg omelet with bell peppers and spinach
Snack 1
Celery sticks with Laughing Cow cheese
Lunch
Cabbage salad with shredded oven baked chicken
Snack 2
Low sugar protein shake
Dinner
Seared Salmon Salad with vinaigrette
Just in case I get hungry throughout the day I am going to pack some olives and a pickle. I have noticed I am either full most of the day or I am still hungry. Better to have too many options then not enough.
Goals
In the next year I need to kill these goals:
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
1.5 Miles in 14:34
With the way I am training, I got this in 4 months. Sheriff department here I come.
